Please note that we do not repair electrical issues on brands other than Xiaomi and Ninebot.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
You can bring your scooter to our store, or choose our pickup & return service. With the pickup option, we’ll collect your electric scooter from your location and return it fully serviced. This service is available in the Espoo, Helsinki, and Vantaa areas.
Once the service is completed, payment is made by debit or credit card when the electric scooter is handed over to the customer.
Seasonal maintenance includes electric scooter cleaning, tightening of bolts, lubrication and adjustment of the folding mechanism, inspection of wheel bearings, brake check and adjustment if needed, and tire pressure check.
We will contact you if any issues are found (any additional work will be charged separately).
The winter storage period runs from November 1st to March 31st. During this time, we store your electric scooter and perform maintenance charging to preserve battery health throughout the winter. The service also includes cleaning the scooter.
